Croy

Croy is calm, considerate, clever, and curious. He was calm because he never did lash out with any emotional changes; he was never seen crying or mad. He was considerate because he was one of the people on the Smoke watching out for its safety. Croy was clever because he almost got some awesome trading tools from Tally the first time they had met. Croy was curious because he had suspected Tally as a traitor and investigated that suspicion.

This is what I would imagine Croy wearing:

The song "Spoken For" by MercyMe is relevant to Croy because it describes to me how he could have felt when he first left Uglyville to go to the Smoke.

This symbol describes Croy's characteristics.
This is what I imagine Croy looking like in life.

Croy was one of the other uglies who'd come to meet her. He also looked older than sixteen, but it didn't suit him like it did David. Some people needed the operation more than others. (Uglies, pg.190)
Friendship is important to Croy because he is caring, and is always there. He never was rude or mean in any way. When he talked about sensitive subjects, he did so carefully and with respect.

I think that Croy will end up becoming Shay's new boyfriend and sweetheart in the future. He will have become a leader in the community, and a well-respected individual.

Croy is closest to Tally in the book. Tally is the main character in the series. She is very sensitive and is conflicted to something throughout the entire book, Uglies. She tries to be the best that she can, and will do whatever it takes to make peace.

This is what I imagine his house looking like in the Smoke.
Croy is a static character because he never dynamically changes; he is still the same person, same feeling, and no emotional changes.
